We want you to be fully satisfied with your Phiten purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your wellness journey is supported by high-quality apparel and accessories that meet your expectations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
